Meet Cindy Sweeney
Cindy has spent over a decade working with a wide variety of social service organizations. Despite their differences, almost all of them shared two common challenges: they were doing incredible work, but they were so understaffed that they couldn’t dedicate the time needed to maximize their fundraising efforts.
To fill this need, Cindy has combined her years of experience in grant writing, donor development, and strategic fundraising to create a business focused on helping you win more grants and receive the funding you need to fuel your mission.

For over 30 years, Bill has worked, consulted and collaborated with colleges, universities, non-profit organizations, politicians, civic leaders, businesses, and other organizations. He is a mission-aligned advisor who brings deep expertise in fundraising, organizational development, and strategic planning to co-create pathways for growth. His work has been local, national, and binational - advising, coaching, and building capacity for individuals, groups, and companies to excel and succeed. Winner of the San Diego Business Journal Black Leaders of Influence 2024.
